Jacob Brown was excellent to work with. Scheduling was flawless, understanding that weather delays happen but our project was completed within our timeline. A couple of areas of concern after final day were addressed and fixed expeditiously to my satisfaction. After my project was completed I invited several friends over that have swimming pools to see how the product enhanced our pool area. All agreed on the improvement and are considering installations next year themselves.

This is my second experience with ICON. I originally had my attached garage floor completed in 2021 and the entire experience was perfect. The completed floor still looks like the day it was completed. The sales folks, office folks and the installers are all very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I just had my detached garage floors finished in August of 2026 and found that nothing had changed. Everything was just as before. Thank you, ICON, for caring and performing at the highest levels. One additional note. Some of my neighbors and friends have been at my house and were overwhelmed with the looks of the ICON work and had ICON compete projects at their houses also. I had highly recommended ICON to them and they have all told me their experiences were the same as mine.

I absolutely love my new garage floor. The process was seamless from the professional in home estimate to the fast flawless installation. Jacob promised I would be completely satisfied and both Darren and Trevor delivered exactly that, with a stunning installation. Thank you all!!!
